With more than three decades of courtroom practice and over 120 jury trials, I have defended clients charged with the most serious criminal cases in New York including Murder in the 1st Degree, Murder in the 2nd Degree, Attempted Murder, Possession of a Weapon, Rape, Sex Trafficking, Robbery, Burglary, Grand Larceny and other felony and misdemeanor charges.
I have tried a full range of cases in both State and Federal Courts and has argued cases in several jurisdictions, gaining insight into the juries of each county.
